Angela Miller

Angela has been part of the Advisors Insurance Agency team since May of 2017! Angela has completed a PLCS (personal lines coverage specialist) designation.  This program is designed for insurance professionals looking to master the subject of personal lines coverage.  

She has also completed a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. The CISR training prepares individuals for analyzing risks, policies, forms and claims data.  Additionally, this training provides the necessary skills to properly communicate this understanding clearly to clients and colleagues.  

Ann Louise Kellett

Ann Louise started as our Marketing & Retention Advisor approximately two and a half years ago.  Almost one year ago, after completing the required training, she became an Account Manager!  Ann Louise is currently working toward her AIAM (Associate in Insurance Account Management).  The AIAM designation provides training on many customer service topics.  This education helps fine tune skills that help us provide the best customer service possible.

Jens Zander

A Commercial Lines team member for almost 2 years, Jens has completed the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) and CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designations.

The CPCU designation consists of eleven courses!  Individuals who complete this designation are recognized as knowledgeable and dedicated insurance professionals.  Upon completion, professionals have a broad understanding of the property-casualty industry that focuses on the legal, financial, and operational aspects of risk management and insurance.  

The CIC designation covers important aspects related to personal lines, commercial casualty, commercial property, life and health, and agency management.   

Briana Kash

Briana joined our team in October 2018.  She is currently working toward her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation.  As described above, this designation provides training and skills to help our team members analyze risk, policies, forms, and claims data and clearly pass this information along to clients and colleagues.  

SAFECO Intermediate CSR training

Ann Louise, Angela, and Briana have also completed the SAFECO Intermediate CSR training. This class teaches insurance professionals the right questions to ask in order to ensure clients are correctly covered.
