Owner Jerry Lanier was working for another roofing company that primarily worked in storm damaged areas across the Southeast region. He thought Greenville, SC could use another solid local roofing company to give customers an option between large corporate roofing companies and storm chasers. In addition to roofing, Lanier Roofing & Restoration also installs replacement windows and gutters!

Jerry and his wife live in the Greer area where they enjoy attending Covenant United Methodist Church and spending time with and raising their two children.

Jerry had some great advice to share in regard to choosing a roofing contractor (or any contractor for that matter). He suggests considering the following:

1.      Time in business-most companies fail within the first five years of business. (Lanier Roofing has been in business now for over 9 years).
