After working at the Biltmore Estate for years, Sarah and Paul decided it was time for a change. They were getting burned out on the restaurant business and longed for something more fun. They envisioned being in control of their schedules so they could spend more time with family. Years of working in upscale settings created the desire to run a more casual, approachable restaurant. And so HenDough Chicken & Donuts was born!

In March 2016, HenDough opened in Hendersonville, NC. The name HenDough is a play on the nickname for Hendersonville. The locals refer to the town as “Hendo.” You can find this amazing food at 532 Kanuga Road. 

**The Hendersonville location is currently open for TAKE-OUT ONLY Mon-Fri 7:30am-3pm; Sat/Sun 7:30am-4pm. They are in the process of expanding their outdoor dining area in anticipation of reopening so be on the lookout for updates!  

**Greenville location updates:

• 8:30am-9 pm Tuesday-Sunday, Closed Mondays
• Dining on site is available again, but with limited occupancy. 
• You can place your order on the GatherGVL app AND their new app, KO EATS. Order ahead and pick up at the restaurant! 

Everything on the menu at HenDough is made from scratch! They partner with local vendors to get fresh local products while supporting other small businesses in the area.

Paul and Sarah love Greenville! When they started looking for somewhere to put a second location, they settled on Greenville very quickly. In fact, they ended up moving here because they loved it so much. Their family enjoys walking through downtown and Falls Park.

Someday soon Paul and Sarah hope to franchise their concept. They recently began this process, but the current health pandemic put those plans on hold.
