Inspiration

Founder and Owner Mark Ferguson, along with his wife Sherry (Business Strategist and Coordinator), wanted to open a business based on values that included trustworthiness and quality service. They envisioned creating a business that would provide sustainable career opportunities in the community with dependable jobs for upstate residents. Ferguson Builders does just that!

Why Greenville?

When Mark and Sherry were considering where to settle down after graduate school, they decided that Greenville was an amazing place to work, play, and maybe someday raise a family. They were attracted to the family friendly, growing community.
